The main purpose of this website is to be one of several ways in which we can all be kept informed about what is going on in Hillside Circuit.

There! Now I expect some of our readers are baffled already. To help out those who are not up-to-date I had better tell you that Bulawayo South Circuit is now called Hillside Circuit and that was as a result of Bulawayo District being renamed Bulawayo East District when a new district, called Bulawayo West was formed. (Confused yet? You will be!) So the circuits were renamed to remove the word Bulawayo in order to avoid confusing them with districts. I hope that is quite clear now.

Don't worry: we are still the same happy family that we were under the old name.

While I am still on the subject of names, it's a good opportunity to remind you that we consist of eight local Societies, which are Barham Green, Bellevue, Hillside and Nketa 7 (formerly West Somerton) in the urban section, and Dobi, Mulume, Ntunjambili and Vulindlela in the rural section.
